All retainer, management, and setup fees paid to Matplix Media are non-refundable once work has commenced or media buying operations have been initiated. Ad spend is billed directly by third-party ad platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok) and is entirely non-refundable through us.
Cancellation terms, notice periods, and offboarding requirements are governed by the specific service contract signed upon onboarding. Unless otherwise specified in your individual agreement, a minimum 30-day written notice is required to pause or terminate retainer services.
